In the harbor village of Zerpenschleuse, directly on the Oder-Havel-Canal, idyllically situated between water and meadow, is located in the second row to the water, on the approximately 250 square meters of recreational land completed in 2018 for up to six people. From the house opens a beautiful view of the small harbor and the newly built lock in the channel "Langer junk" is just a few steps away. Shops and restaurants can be found in about 2 km from the village of Zerpenschleuse or Liebenwalde (7 km) .The approximately 74 square meters, centrally heated non-smoking holiday home in Scandinavian style spreads over two floors and has on the ground floor living room (sofa bed - Additional bed for two persons, woodburning stove, flatscreen TV, radio, CD player) with dining table and open kitchen (electric stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, microwave, div. Kitchen appliances), a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower, toilet and hair dryer. The upper floor with gallery (upholstered suite, flat screen TV) and another bedroom (two single beds) is accessible from the living room via an open staircase. Furthermore, a furnished terrace, barbecue, parking, high chair and insect screen are available at the windows. The total price includes the final cleaning, water and energy consumption, bed linen and towels are please bring along or can be rented for a fee. To be paid on site: towels 4,90 EUR / package, bed linen 6,90 EUR / package (if desired), pets (if applicable) 20 EUR / one time. In this object the travel of a pet is allowed. Several animals require the owner's consent before booking. The pet must be registered with the booking. If an entry note is not possible, a late registration must be made. Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 08:00 to 10:00.
