The house is about 600 m from the village Stifanici and thanks to its isolated location it offers to the guests a quiet and relaxing holiday in Istria. The house itself has a property (partly fenced) of 1500 sqm, the olive grove and vineyard extend over 12 hectares. From the outdoor equipment, guests have at their disposal a swimming pool with salt water, counter-current, hydro massage corner and waterfall, barbecue, two covered terraces and several parking spaces. The nearest shop is 3 km in the village Baderna, the beaches, various sports and recreational facilities are in Porec, 15 minutes away. Holiday home for 6 people of 190 sqm on three air-conditioned floors. In the basement there is an equipped kitchen with table and benches and a satellite TV. On the ground floor there is a living room with another equipped kitchen, dining table and sitting set, a bath/toilet, and a double bedroom with shower/toilet. On the first floor there are two double rooms with their own shower/toilet and a common loggia with panoramic sea view.
