It is about 250 metres above the lake and about 300 metres above sea level. The ten apartments are in two adjacent buildings. There are different apartment types suited to different requirements. All of them are equipped with everything you need, such as bed linen, hand towels and breakfast items. There are two historical apartment for four or ten people and eight modern apartment for two to seven people. The property provides plenty of space for everyone, so you do not have to worry about being disturbed. One building has a big conference or group events room with space for up to 30 participants. Most of the costs are included in the rental price, but in the air-conditioned apartments in the newer building there are extra electricity charges because of the air conditioning, the oven and the dishwasher. Pets are welcome, as long as they are well behaved and do not disturb other guests. They can stay free of charge. Please register in advance that you are bringing a pet with you, so preparations can be made accordingly. As the property is about 250 metres above the lake and about 300 metres above sea level, the access roads are a bit narrow, but it is not difficult to get to the house. The nature in Cervano is pristine and unspoilt. The plain that is parallel to the golf course, but 200 metres higher, is not easy to get to along public roads, as they are not asphalted and rather steep. Therefore the area is only visited by a few hikers who visit the 15th-century church in Supina on the first Sunday in the month, at the end of the plain in the direction of Fornico, or a few bikers who dare to explore little known areas. The forest has many medium-sized animals such as deer, stags and foxes. Streams flowing right out of the rocks complete the picture. Owing to a long, flat field track along the lake from north to south, lined with two rows of cypresses, you can go on long, leisurely walks even on hot summer days. Holiday apartment Fiornini This apartment is suitable for a large family or a group of friends. You can gather in the spacious kitchen in front of the big fireplace, or in the dining room. The generous apartment totals around 360m², originally built in the 19th century. It has six bedrooms and two modern bathrooms of a high standard. There is also a little terrace for just a couple of people, from which you can enjoy a lovely view of the lake.
