The apartment is ideal for a couple who wants to enjoy a romantic holiday, or for a family with 3-4 people. Parking is available to guests for free and near the house (about 50 meters). Through a private path at the back of the house, you have access to the famous Greenway promenade that runs along the lake for about 10 kilometers through several villages, luxury villas and beautiful gardens. Access to the lake is only 10 meters from the apartment, with a small beach and a private dock.
