Welcome to Villa Il Sogno di Pietro, set among the Tuscan hills and its beautiful countryside, just a few minutes from downtown Castiglion Fiorentino. The views are truly majestic and relaxing! This unique property has 6 spacious bedrooms, 4 of them with double beds and en suite bathrooms. The property has been extensively renovated and is decorated with rustic Tuscan taste! The open plan living area features a large table, some comfortable sofas and a cosy fireplace. Vaulted ceilings and French doors add to the already spacious living areas. One double bedroom is located on the ground floor. Upstairs we find 2 more double bedrooms with en suite; a twin and a single bedroom share a large bathroom with bathtub. An additional double bedroom and living area with a kitchenette are located in the annexe. The property has 2 different rates according to the number of guests. If the main house is enough, the rate will be cheaper but the annexe will stay closed. Outdoor there is a beautiful private pool with several dining and sitting areas and a large BBQ. IMPORTANT: The pool is open from May 1st through October 1st; The pool heating has to be requested in advance and paid separately (€150/day)
