This holiday home lies between the scenic towns of Pitigliano and Sorano, in the heart of Tuscany. It is surrounded by the beautiful and breathtaking scenery of the “Maremma”. The resort consists of 24 luxurious apartments situated in a beautiful park of two acres which contains lots of oak trees. Within the complex there is a large pool (20X8m), games and a playground where children can enjoy themselves, make friends and play in complete safety. There is a tavern overlooking the park, a typical cellar dug out of peat stone and a secure parking lot with a capacity of 80 cars. The complex also features a new wellness center. Combined with the nearby Terme di Saturnia Spa and Sorano, this is an ideal holiday destination for nature lovers and those seeking an enjoyable and relaxing holiday. Facilities of the complex also include a soccer camp and volley camp (the smaller size like for footsal and for a beach volley).a barbeque area where you and your family or friends can cook outside and enjoy wonderful evenings in the Tuscan countryside. This holiday home is located on either the ground floor or first floor. The apartment has an area of about 42m² and can accommodate  from 2 up to 4 persons. The living room contains a double bed sofa and a corner kitchen. The kitchen is fully-equipped including a gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and Italian espresso machine (moka). The bedroom is furnished with a double bed. The bathroom has a shower and toilet. The accommodations are newly built and elegantly furnished. The ground floor apartments have private gardens, while the apartments on the first floor have a balcony with a panoramic view. Each apartment has air-conditioning, a safe, telephone, internet connection and a TV with satellite connection. The holiday complex is situated at the entrance to the village of Sorano, 9 km from Pitigliano. Sorano, with its charming old town, is certainly one of the most beautiful towns in the Maremma region. This town, built on peat stone, offers visitors a unique spectacle. Pitigliano is an interesting town, built in Roman times on a stone cliff. Constructed on a massive scale, it is one of the “must see” destinations in the Maremma. Here you will find numerous medieval relics, including a synagogue from the sixteenth century. The complex is 30 minutes drive from the famous sulfur baths of Saturnia. The spa of Sorano is only 2km away and Lake Bolsena is 26km away. Monte Amiata, an imposing mountain to the south of Tuscany, is 55 km away. This is an ideal place for wonderful walks among forests of chestnut and beech. You can also visit old churches, monasteries and various villages in the vicinity. Maremma is known for its simple and traditional cuisine, culture and traditions. There are also great DOC wines produced here.
