An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your holiday apartment can be heated with electric heating. The entrance is on the 2nd floor and leads over an internal stair directly in the hallway. The rooms are divided as follows:2nd floor: Living room with lounge, TV and radio. You have access to the 4 sqm balcony with garden furniture, 1 table and 4 chairs. Cooking nook in the living room with dinette, dishwasher, gas stove (4 burners), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. Separate toilet with 1 washbasin and WC. Top floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed and lounge. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 additional bed at bed (smaller 2.00 x 0.90 m) (appropriate only for children under 10 years), lounge and TV.
