Hosting two bedrooms; a king-size, and a room with a double bed, as well as a shower room, this property can sleep up to four people. Inside you will also find a kitchen/diner with breakfast bar, and a sitting room with electric fire. To the outside is off road parking, and an enclosed lawned garden to the front and rear. Resting in a lovely location with much to explore nearby, Ogilvie Lodge is a charming cottage in a wonderful part of Wales. Amenities: Gas central heating with electric fire. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, slimline dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD player, radio, ironing board, WiFi, selection of games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking. Enclosed lawned garden to the front and rear. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 8 mins walk. Please note: shed at bottom of garden is for owner's personal use. Note: New heating programmer installed. Note: The boiler is gravity fed, not a combi-boiler. The hot water pressure will be low at times. Please note: This property is not able to accept infants Region: Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South. Town: The Victorian seaside town of Llandudno has a grand promenade, two beaches, and a good selection of shops, pubs and eateries. For superb views over the town and coast, head up the magnificent Great Orme using the tramway or cable car. The rest of the north Wales coast is easily accessible, as are the delights of Snowdonia, and the beaches and villages of Anglesey.
