The apartment with cable (Flat screen) TV, DVD-Player, stereo, internet and telephone (both with unlimited use) has a dining table for 6 persons, a comfortable sofa bed as well as a book case with information on Berlin and light fiction for rainy days. There is a seating corner with sun umbrella on the southern balcony. There is a cozy, lavish bedroom with double bed and large cupboard as well as a small bedroom with a comfortable sofa bed and 2 wardrobes. The kitchen with breakfast counter is fully equipped with dishwasher, cooking range with fume hood, baking oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, electric kettle and toaster.
