Casa Sonrisas! A lovely villa with private pool!

The villa has a large private pool with a lovely bar area which has an outside fridge. There is plenty of space around the property to relax, play and it is gated so safe for children to explore. The light and modern villa has an open plan living room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and everything you should need to self cater comfortably. The living room has a large TV with freesat box giving access to most UK tv channels. There is also free WiFi and air-conditioning. Leading from the living room there is a double bedroom with lovely modern ensuite shower room and two twin bedrooms, both with built in wardrobes. There is also a modern family bathroom. The villa is well equipped for children and we provide: A travel cot (but you must bring your own cot sheet and blankets etc) A high chair Bed guard for one of the single beds for any toddlers Plug in night lights All rooms have black out blinds so no pesky early wakings due to the sun! Books and games Plastic plates, cups, bowls and cutlery Bath mat Stool in bathroom for hand washing The villa is situated in the Atalaya area of Ciudad Quesada, about 10 minutes walk to the bustling Main Street with its shops, bars and cafes. There are many supermarkets nearby. The gorgeous Spanish town of Rojales is about a 20 minute walk away for tapas by the river... The nearest beach is at the Spanish holiday destination of Guardamar del Segura which is approximately 10 minutes drive away. It’s a lovely large sandy beach with cafes and shops and a children’s play area. There are many golf courses accessible from the villa, the closest being La Marquesa. Quesada Aquapark is a short walk away and makes for a fun day out!
