Living room with comfortable double sofa bed, dining table, access to a large balcony for outdoor dining, satellite TV, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Double bedroom with access to the balcony, small bedroom with bunk beds and modern bathroom with shower and washing machine. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a microwave, coffee machine, kettle, fridge with freezer and toaster. The beautiful communal roof terrace with a direct view of Lake Garda is unfurnished - but if you wish, you can take a chair or deckchair from the flat to read a book in the sun or just relax at sunset. The residence has a free, unnumbered parking space in front of the house. This house is ideal for a relaxing holiday, even without a car, because the house is not even 200 m from the lake and the beach. The heart of the historic centre and the old port of Lazise can be easily reached on foot in 600m. Pets are not allowed. Obligatory fees not included in the booking price and payable in cash on arrival: Check-IN from 3.00 pm to 7.00 pm. - Late Check-in: please let us know your approximate arrival time in advance: Arrivals after 7.00 pm will be charged + € 30,00, after 10.00 pm will be charged with + € 50,00 - Tourist tax depending on the municipality, per person/per night (from 14 years) Optional extras on request and payable in cash on arrival: - Bed linen and towels: you can add these for € 12,50 per person and change or feel free to bring your own and save on the final price. If you prefer to sleep in separate beds and where this is possible and a request is made, the additional cost of the bed linen set is +€ 10.00.
