THE VILLA The house is on two floors: on the ground floor there is the living room, the dining room and a bathroom. On the first floor the four bedrooms, of which three are doubles and one triple and another bathroom. The house is furnished in Tuscan style, the beds of two of the double bedrooms are king size 2 meters and 10cm x 2 meters. The lounge has a huge fireplace perfect to light up for a really cozy atmosphere! THE POOL: The pool completely renovated this year is for EXCLUSIVE use, the whole villa is surrounded by laurel trees for total privacy! The pool is 1.40m deep, 8.5m long and 5.50m wide, perfect for spending a relaxing day maybe with a good sausage barbecue! THE GARDEN: The villa is surrounded by 3 hectares of land, 25 olive trees on the property give us oil and olives every year for our family. Whenever possible we start a small vegetable garden to be left to the guests to get fresh vegetables at zero centimeter! COMFORT: The villa is our residence for weekends and is therefore equipped with every comfort: private pool, hair dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, stereo, cable TV, microwave, bed linen, towels, blender, coffee machine, pool chairs etc. CHILDREN: The villa is suitable for children, we have three children with my husband and we are very attentive to the needs of our little guests! ANIMALS: We love animals very much, so if you decide to bring your furry friend with you, know that it is welcome as long as you respect some small hygiene rules such as not getting it onto the beds or sofas. A 50 euro extra fee is required for final cleaning. Villa Felice is a small paradise a few kilometers from Florence
