This generous and comfortably decorated holiday home is situated in a small forest, hidden in the hills between Arezzo and Siena and close to the Renaissance town San Savino. From almost everywhere in the house guests will be able to admire the fantastic views of the surrounding countryside. The house offers upmost privacy for anyone who will have the pleasure of holidaying here. The houses ground floor is very spacious with a spacious dining area, seating area and even a billiard table. All bedrooms on the first floor are air-conditioned ensuring guests will sleep peacefully even during the hottest months of the year. Overall the house has been decorated in a rustic Italian style but has been very well looked after. The garden is equally charming with beautiful trees and delightful pool area and a barbeque. Should you want to swap a night in for dinner out, guests will be able to dine like kings in the nearby restaurant of Casello di Gargonza. Guests have free access to two bikes and a treadmill. Places of interest include: Siena, Arezzo, Cortona and the Trasimeno Lake. Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 10.00 per person or bring their own. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within 3 weeks after check-out. Up to 2 pets are allowed.
