The house has been split in two self-containing units connected by the exterior only making this a fantastic property for larger families of friends travelling together. Between the two units there are a total of 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms allowing the comfortable stay of up to 14 guests. Guests have free access to the lush gardens, beautiful swimming pool and a large gazebo with sofas, outdoor shower and barbecue. The property is a great option for those looking to relax in the tranquility of nature whilst being able to enjoy the various places of interest such as: Formia for shopping and ferries to the islands (12 km); Gaeta with its sandy beaches, the Monte Orlando park and the monuments of the old town (13 km); Sperlonga with its picturesque old town and the archaeological sites (10 km).
