Large, Light & Quiet Private Apartment in Hackney

Spacious, large, high ceiling Edwardian split level apartment on tree lined residential quiet road. Gorgeous natural light, big bay windows, log burning stove and traditional wooden flooring. Large kitchen and dining table. New kitchen and bathroom. Large sitting room with huge comfy sofa. Desk area. The best neighbourhood in E.Ldn (in my opinion!), arty & still authentic, with a rich personality. Gorgeous spots to eat and drink and shop. Unique space, contemporary decoration in Edwardian original building. This is my precious home, as such it is filled with my belongings. I ask for only respectful guests. A split level flat - you have a bedroom with kingsize bed, living room, desk area, kitchen with table to seat 8 people and new bathroom with bath and shower and high quality fittings. I would love to offer as much guidance about your stay as you wish! Proud Londoner and always like to suggest places to go! Fun / Yummy Stuff: Best local coffees: Millfields Cafe is 2 minutes walk. I am currently obsessed with the cinnamon rolls from Casey’s which is a bakery next to Palm2 on Lower Clapton Road - 6 mins walk. Chatsworth Road has some great spots on it as well as a Sunday Market for food. Good cafes and food shops all the way up this road. Lower Clapton Road also has great spots - Yard Sale is the best take-away pizza. P Franco is a wonderful small wine bar. My Neighbour’s the Dumplings - great dumplings. And Uchi is the best sushi. Park at the end of the road. Getting Around: It’s a 12 min walk to Clapton Overground, 15 to Homerton and 20 to Hackney Central. Buses from Clapton Pond go everywhere. Top Tip: I use the CityMapper app to plan all journeys. By Clapton Pond there are buses to everywhere! Shoreditch, Dalston, Hackney Central Overground, Bethnal Green (central line), Finsbury Park (picadilly line), Stratford Westfield shopping center. Homerton and Clapton overground stations are also 10 minutes walk from the flat. Shops, bars, restaurants, parks in easy walking distance if you just want to hang out in Clapton!
