La Pineta is a lovely property of 4 rental villas, located in Marina di Castagneto on the Mediterranean coast. It's possible to walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. There is no swimming pool. The nearest beach is only 250 metres away. The property is in a quiet residential area and is surrounded by plenty of trees providing welcoming shade from the warm Tuscan sun. There is also the owner's private beach available, it's shared with the other villas rented by the owners, it's located to the North of the town and a car is required to get to it. A property of 4 rental villas, each with own outside area. Walking distance to the Mediterranean beach and restaurants, shops. Excellent position surrounded by plenty of trees for shade. Iris is a villa, located on the first floor of the building of La Pineta which is composed of 4 villas and within walking distance to the beach. It has a wonderful terrace, shaded by the surrounding pine trees and a large iron pergola. It's furnished with a table with four chairs and a couple of sun beds. Entrance is via a long wide spiral staircase. Inside is a bright and spacious lounge with a window on the far wall and glass doors opening onto the terrace. Below the window is a wooden sofa with cushions. The kitchenette with a table with two chairs is located to the right. It has plenty of light from the two windows. Although not large it is fully equipped. It has two electric hobs, a microwave, dishwasher and a medium size fridge with separate freezer. The bathroom with shower is next to the kitchen. The double bedroom is across the lounge. It's a pretty and bright room with light provided from the two large windows. Cupboard space is available in the lounge. 1 double bedroom The villa is accessed by a narrow spiral staircase onto the terrace. There is no swimming pool, however the property is situated 250 metres walk from the nearest beach. There is also access to a fenced and untouched sand dune beach area which is located North of Marina di Castagneto, Donoratico.  The beach is shared by all the properties that the owners have, so is not completely private however it is not used by the locals.The area is a natural coastal botanical garden which guests have access to. Here guests can use the simple picnic tables and chairs, as well as a shower. The owners can also provide beach umbrellas to take to the area. The owners son runs a fishing shop in Marina di Castagneto and can organise fishing lessons and trips for an additional fee. Guests are also entitled to a special discount when purchasing equipment from the shop. The owner owns a private sandy beach and pine grove which guests can visit. Tables, chairs, electricity and running water are available. The owner also offers guided tours of the grove on Sunday mornings where he will discuss the local flora and the Etruscan and Roman origins of the area.
