The Le Paret apartment is ideally located in the heart of the village of Chinaillon, near the ski slopes and in the main street of Chinaillon where the shops are located. This apartment can sleep a maximum of 8 people (6 comfortable and 8 thanks to the sofa bed). It consists of a bedroom with a double bed. And a bedroom with two bunk beds (sleeps 4). The main room has a kitchen area and a living / dining area equipped for 6 to 8 people and tastefully decorated. The living room has a flat screen TV and a comfortable sofa bed. The shower room and the toilet are separate. The shower room has a hair dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, extractor, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine. To complete a wide choice of kitchen utensils, there is also a toaster, coffee maker, raclette and fondue machine. You have access to a large south-facing balcony with a lovely view facing the ski slopes. This balcony has a garden table and chairs. The ski room is accessible from inside the building. There is also a private outdoor parking space. The price includes household linen (sheets, towels, tea towels, bath mats - beds made on arrival!). End-of-stay cleaning is included, however the premises must be left in a correct state (beds unmade, garbage cans taken out, dishwasher emptied etc ...) Optional services to be paid on site and to be reserved before your arrival: Cleaning cost : 105 €.
