We inform you there is no cleaning service on Sundays and public holidays. The cleaning service only cleans the common areas of the house. The kitchen and dishes is responsibility of our guests. Natalia and Ignasi (son) are always available for the guest. We provide our phone numbers in order to guarantee comfortability and resolve any doubts the guest might have. During check-in time all the little details will be explained so that you make yourself at home as soon as possible :) Chek-in / Check-out • Check-In is to be made from 17h to 21’00 h at Villa Caprici. For arrivals after 21’00 h : additional fee of 100.-€. • Check-Out process will begin at 11h in Villa Caprici Early check-in and late check-out under request; please, request directy with us availability and additional fee. We always try to do our best! Vallpineda (Sitges)(Barcelona) offers 24 hour security, mini market, 2 sports centers, several restaurants and an Equestrian center. Villa Caprici is accessible it is not in the center but as for the characteristics of the house is very well located. Everything is within 15 / 20 minutes walking distance. The beach, the center, train station, bus station etc. (by car it's 3 minutes) Villa Caprici is accesible by Bus (bus stop just a few meters away), neverthless if there is 3 or 4 guests we recomend to catch a TAXI for the same price During check in time a 1.500€ card authorization will be required in case of breakages and as security, which will be returned at the end of the Holliday during Check-out period. The Villa has a maximum capacity of 22 guests. We charge 30 €uros per person per day after guest number 12. Additional fees • Touristic tax non-included which is 0,90 cents per person per day ( to be paid on the arrival date) • Final cleaning fee: 200.-€ • Pets: 100.-€ , charge per booking
