This lovely airy village house has been tastefully decorated to accomodate a large family in comfort with sapce for everyone, and whilst having a lovely modern feel has retained it's authentic French charm. Situated in the centre of a traditional French wine making village, there is parking right outside the door.. It is opposite a friendly bar restaurant. There is a spacious terrace and private salt water pool for enjoying the sunny mornings and hazy summer evenings. (Note: Pool closed until approx mid May.) The house is perfect for large groups of friends or family wishing to spend time together. Great place to hold a Yoga retreat, cycling or painting holiday. You can walk straight from the front door. The Ground floor: fitted fully equipped kitchen leading to terrace overlooking the pool (steps down with security gate). 1st floor: sitting room with TV and dvd player, study, 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom and 1 shower room 2nd floor: Master bedroom - ensuite inc bath toilet and sink , 1 double and 1 single bedroom and 1 family bathroom with bath and shower. Pool 1.5 mtrs deep with ladder and is 8mX4m We regret but the property is ** Not suitable for children under 2 due to winding staircase ** . There are no stairgates at the property. Tv is for use with a dvd player or bring your lead and plug into your lap top. We allow pets but please email us and ask first stating what type of pet so we can consider your request. Close to the river for kayak, swimming. 15 miutes away Reals, Roquebrun, all fabulous spots. Beach: Valras, Vendres, Portiragnes, 40 minutes to an hour depending on peak season and avoid Saturdays! Four major airports : Beziers (30m), Montpellier (1hr), Toulouse (2 hrs), Carcassonne (1hr 10) Village life but with all mod cons inc WIFI. (wifi may not be suitable for lots of downloading as it can be slow)
