The space We have 3 fireplaces (living room currently being repaired) - one outdoor, one in master , and one in living room We have very high end furnishings from designers across the world. The couch upstairs is from Design Within Reach, the couch downstairs is Mario Bellini, the chairs are Le Corbusier, and the loveseat is a Togo Some Jonathan Adler pieces as well. The outdoor furniture is all Restoration Hardware Surround sound system for whole home controlled by home IPAD. We have a heated optional pool, heating is $75 a day We have parking for 3 cars, 2 on driveway an one in garage House is guarded w/our own security - max 10 people allowed in house at all times - we monitor this till 5 am daily, so that there are no parties or large groups ever here. This is a very high end home, so we never want more than 10 people here at any time. This is a smart home - where you can control most home features on an Ipad. Extras in the kitchen - In addition to having plenty of cookware for cooking and serving your full group, we also have plenty of unique extra to name a few: Breville Nespresso machine,, Kitchenaid mixer, pasta maker, and ice cream maker.
