## Space The property is located on the third floor with stair access. The living room is fitted with a cosy sofa, smart TV, high speed wifi (80Mbps average) and dining table. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary mod-cons, including a stove, microwave and coffee machine. The double bedroom comes with ample storage space for your belongings. The full bathroom has a sink, toilet and bathtub to relax in after a long day. ## Access You will get access to the whole flat. ## Interaction My home is in the hands of GuestReady, a property management team who work hard to make sure your stay is smooth and comfortable! They will be available 24/7 should you have any questions or requests during your stay. ## Neighborhood Very easy access to the city by bus and 3 tube stations Waterloo, Southbank, Elephant & Castle. Borough Market and its amazing food stalls, London Bridge and beautiful Tower Bridge and Southbank are a short nice walk away. ## Transit Best Transport Network - 4 Tube Stations within walking distance: - 7 min walk to Southwark - 4 min to Elephantand Castle - 10 min to Waterloo - 12 min to Borough Many buses to ride around! ## Notes No lift to access the third floor. Please note we do charge a £30 late check in fee between 10PM and 12AM and £50 between 12AM and 7AM. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. NOTE: There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 smoking fee, at minimum.Please also note we do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
