Villa Argia, exclusive and elegant property, dates back to the beginning of the previous century, it has been owned by the Ferrari family since 1950. It was entirely renewed in 1990 but it is constantly maintained in order to keep her at the best; as an elderly "Pink Lady" it is quite demanding but she deserves it she is a Unique property. Up to 8 people may be hosted; 6 in the main villa and 2 in the guests' cottage. At the lower floor there are: the wide well equipped kitchen, the dining room, the bright living room whose 4 big windows overlook the sea and the garden and a small bathroom. An harmonious marble stair, designed by the owner himself, leads to the upper floor where there are 3 bedrooms; 2 with ensuite bathroom and shower and 1 with adjacent bathroom with tub. A nice relaxing room with stunning sea views separates 2 of the 3 bedrooms. In the guests'cottage there are 4th bedroom and the adjacent bathroom with a shower wider than the standard ones.
