CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION IN WHICH CASE WE WILL COMPLETELY RETURN TO YOU THE AMOUNT THAT YOU HAVE PAID TO MALLORCA HOLIDAY PROPERTIES. The house is located between Santa Margalida (North of Mallorca) and Can Picafort. It is ideal for those who want to enjoy the calm - thanks to its rural location, only 6 km from the sea. Vernissa is a Mallorcan-style house with a pool and a private garden surrounded by trees and shrubs that provide a pleasant shade. Distribution The house has two floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with satellite TV, a dining room with a beautiful wooden table for 12 people, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom and a bedroom with a double bed. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, one with two beds and the other with a double bed, and a toilet. A kitchen, a wood stove and a barbecue. Here you can dine outdoors. Around the pool there are sun loungers, an umbrella, chairs and a table. Comfort and services   Internet WiFi, washing machine, iron, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, satellite TV. The property has bed linen and towels. Note 1. The final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit while the use of the house is reasonable. Note 2 In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be € 15 per person per day. Note 3 When possible a late check-out, always subject to availability, the cost will be € 50 until 13:00 and € 90 until 16:00.
