The gîte "La Réserve", completely renovated in 2017, is a gite for 2 people (+1 or 2 children), ideally located in a charming village in the heart of Charente-Maritime, Luchat, between Saintes / Royan / Marennes-Oléron , for couple or family vacation. In a family setting, Claude, Bruno and their children will welcome you in an independent 45 m² gite with mezzanine bedroom.. - fitted kitchen: fridge, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster; - TV; - open bedroom with queen-size bed, sheets provided; - BZ (sleeping for children) - shower room with WC; - Wifi access; - private terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs, - parking on the property. - inground salt pool, shared, 9x4, open from May to September, depending on the weather. Cleaning fee € 50.(option) deposit of 300 € by check, paid on arrival and not cashed, returned after inventory.
