Beautiful studio in a small house near Eiffel Tower

Come to discover our magnificent studio perfectly fitted out and ideally located, near the Eiffel Tower. Welcome to your home! Located in an exceptional location in the 15th district of Paris, between the Eiffel Tower, Montparnasse and the Porte de Versailles, this studio is close to many shops and restaurants. In the heart of the city, you will have the opportunity to stay in a small house located at the end of a very quiet courtyard. You will hear the birds singing and will be able to relax after a day of walking. The studio has been completely redone and fitted out by an architect in June 2021, you will find : - A bright living room with a connected TV and a beautiful open equipped kitchen. - The staircase has been custom designed so you can store all your belongings. Feel free to bring your entire dressing room! - Up the oak staircase, you will find a mezzanine with a queen size bed (160) and its top of the line mattress "Bellecour". Hotel quality towels and bed linen will be provided for your comfort. The apartment is professionally cleaned in accordance with current sanitary conditions. We hope you enjoy your stay! ps: Since the photo shoot we have extended the protection of the mezzanine. Guests will have access to the entire home! Please do not smoke in the courtyard and do not make noise after 10 p.m. out of respect for the neighborhood. We will be available throughout your stay, and will be happy to recommend our good addresses. Ideally located, the studio is close to : - The Eiffel Tower, 20 minutes by foot and 10 minutes by bike. - The Montparnasse train station, 20 minutes away on foot, and 8 minutes by metro. - The Porte de Versailles exhibition center, 20 minutes away by foot and 6 minutes by bike. Closest metro stations: - Vaugirard (line 12): 260m, 3 mins walk - Cambronne (line 6): 850m, 11 mins walk - Commerce (line 8): 750m, 10 mins walk This is a self check-in property and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check-in anytime of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (14:00 on the day). It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the apartment and in the courtyard.
