Situated on the edge of Rhossili Downs, it has breathtaking sea views with Rhossili beach and cliffs just a short walk away. The house is also within easy walking distance of Fall and Mewslade Bays in this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on the Gower Peninsula. The accommodation is spacious, with four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large dining room/lounge, kitchen with breakfast bar, utility room and entrance porches. Outside there are gardens to the front and rear with ample parking. Adding to the special character of the property, many paintings by local artists are displayed around the house.
