Pilgrims Rest features 3 beautiful, award winning unique cottages, formed from the historical barns of The Old Manor Farmhouse; a 16th Century property rated Nationally Important by English Heritage. Found in one of the villages of Torquay called Barton on The English Riviera, past guests have found them in an ideal location with ease of access to an excellent array of local shops within a stroll, countryside within 500 yards, beaches and coast walks within 1-2 miles and a multitude of restaurants, country inns, man-made and natural attractions within a 1- 5 mile radius. With our own designed information folders linked to our local map, gems are revealed for all tastes, from young to old, eating in or out, full of action or not. Cottage 1 in the photos is Threshing Barn, one of three award winning barns at Pilgrims Rest. This magnificent 4-bedroom barn is brimming with quality and has been designed for comfort and flexibility, comfortably accommodating up to 8 adults plus infants. At the heart of this barn is the large downstairs level where space and comfort abound. Featuring a large open plan kitchen/dining area, and a beautifully finished lounge, the warm colour schemes and wonderful exposed oak creates the perfect setting for relaxed family get togethers or special occasions. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms (two super-king, one king and twin beds) and 2 bathrooms. A further downstairs shower room means there's no queuing in the mornings! Cottage 2 in the photos is stunning Honeysuckle, our beautiful 2-bedroom cottage. Comfortably sleeping up to 4 guests plus infants, it makes an ideal base for families or friends looking to explore the English Riviera. With access to the shared courtyard and old walled orchard garden, this secure outdoor space also makes Honeysuckle the perfect choice for those who wish to bring their four-legged friends along.
