GuestReady - ❤Beautiful studio Rue Montorgueil Paris's heart❤️
## Space A little atelier with all the modern-amenities of a larger house. This cosy space is perfect for couples and solo travellers. When you wake up in the morning, nothing is better than making your own coffee or tea in our Nespresso machine or bright kettle. You will also have at your disposal a fully-equipped small kitchen with Portuguese tiles, and everything you need for a wonderful breakfast (or even delicious lunches or dinners). You can also store the fresh groceries you can buy across the street (or in the Rue Montorgueil farmers' market a block away) on our fridge-freezer. At the end of the day you will have at your disposition our comfy double bed (European size: 1.90x1.40) with cable TV, or you can make use of the "library". Give some love to our books, please. Wi-fi is also there to help you keep in touch with your loved ones. ## Access Full access to the studio. We consider our home your home - please treat it as such. Tip: as it is customary in Paris, people are very respectful of their neighbours and refrain from making loud noise or hanging out in common areas between 10pm and 8am. ## Interaction My wife and I try, as much as possible, to be present to greet you and share with you our knowledge of Paris. However, occasionally, if we are both travelling, we have chosen a high standard concierge service which will greet you, explain everything you need to know and give you special advice about the area and things to do in Paris. You can always contact us by Airbnb message as well. ## Neighborhood In the eclectic 2nd arrondissement, textile wholesalers in the Sentier area give way to hip stores around the Rue Montorgueil street market. Quirky boutiques line old-world covered walkways like Galerie Vivienne, while foodies troop to Passage des Panoramas and the ramen eateries in the city's main Japanese quarter along Rue Sainte-Anne. The gilded Opéra Comique theater showcases operettas. ## Transit The studio is very close to Etienne Marcel metro station (line 4), and to Châtelet-Les Halles metro station, the largest in Paris, with direct links to CDG airport and Eurostar terminal. Sentier metro station (line 3) is also about 5 minutes away. If you are coming by bus, the closest stop is Turbigo - Etienne Marcel (line 29). ## Notes Note we do charge a 20€ late check-in fee after 10PM. If you require additional cleans/ linens during your stay for a fee, please contact us. Please be aware that due to the small size of the studio, we recommend 1 large piece of luggage, or two small carry-ons in total. Please be aware of: 1. Bed size - Proper double bed- European size: 140cm X 190cm. Shower height: 1.85 cm 2. Non-smoking 3. When taking a shower, please note that the boiler corresponds with the size of the studio. For two guests we recommend using medium pressure, so you both of you can enjoy hot water for a longer time. If you both wish to enjoy a lovely long shower, please be aware one of you might need to wait about half an hour after the other person has finished. NOTE: There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum. Ref.
