The location is an excellent central starting point for excursions throughout Istria. If you are looking for an authentic holiday experience, you will find a real gem in the magnificent villa. The spacious stone house has been extensively restored with great attention to detail, traditional techniques and artistic design. The artist's villa, as the name suggests, was completely renovated and equipped by a well-known Croatian artist. Our guests have 5 sleeping areas, 4 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and dining room on over 320 square meters of living space. The villa offers you all the comfort and modern amenities you need, but also very special artistic elements such as paintings and sculptures by the artist. In the 17th The villa was built in the 19th century and later completely renovated, paying great attention to local tradition, artistic design and contemporary solutions. The ground floor consists of the living room with fireplace and the fully equipped kitchen with dining area. Stairs lead to the upper floor, where there are three bedrooms. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. The master bedroom offers a small studio and an en-suite bathing area. The other two sleeping areas share a bathroom. In the 2nd Floor is the fourth bedroom with en-suite bathroom and the last, fifth bedroom is on the ground floor in a separate part of the house.
