CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION IN WHICH CASE WE WILL COMPLETELY RETURN TO YOU THE AMOUNT THAT YOU HAVE PAID TO MALLORCA HOLIDAY PROPERTIES. Villa Es Moli is located in Santa Margalida (north of Mallorca). Ideal for those who wish to enjoy the tranquility, since it is located in a rural area very close to the sea. The house was a typical old Mallorcan mill, has a sunny pool and a private garden. It has hammocks, umbrella and a beautiful terrace with mountain views. The house has a living room with satellite TV, full kitchen, a bathroom and a room with a double bed. In the spacious living room there is a large sofa bed. Among other things, it has a washing machine, iron, microwave and toaster. Note 1. Final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit while the use of the house is reasonable. Note 2 In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and always subject to availability, the cost will be € 15 per person per day. Note 3 When a late check-out is possible, always subject to availability, the cost will be € 50 until 1:00 p.m. and € 90 until 4:00 p.m. Note 4 Please note that a security deposit of EUR 300 in cash will be required to cover any potential damage to the property and energy consumption (0.25 € / Kw). The deposit minus the amount of energy consumption will be returned to the tenant after the exit inspection if no property damage is observed beyond normal wear.
