The property extends along the slope of a hill, surrounded by fields and olive groves, with a wonderful view of the surrounding countryside.Villa Lucia is a perfect farmhouse for lovers of relaxation, enjoying a fabulous swimming pool and a quiet and reserved location, but also satisfies the sea lovers, who in just 20 minutes by car can reach the Adriatic coast beaches, long well 180 km, from Gabicce to the mouth of the river Tronto, alternating pebble beaches, rocky or fine sand.Villa descriptionThis brick villa is on two floors and has spacious and bright rooms with tiled floors and ceilings with wooden beams.Outside there is a large porch, a gazebo and a convenient parking for 3-4 cars.The rectangular shaped pool is located in a sunny and panoramic position on the front of the villa. It is surrounded by a paved sidewalk. The solarium area extends itself on the flooring and on the lawn. The pool has a Jacuzzi area/children mini pool and is provided with a solar-heated shower.Next to the pool there is a gazebo that shades a large dining table with chairs and a barbecue for cooking. The villa is on two floors. On the ground floor there is a large and fully equipped kitchen, a living room with fireplace, a study room with sofa bed for two people, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. A laundry room, accessible from the kitchen, completes this floor. An internal tiled staircase leads to the first floor where there is the sleeping area divided into two areas. The first area consists of two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The second area consists of two quadruple bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Each room of the villa is equipped with air conditioning, the windows have mosquito nets and the walls have been carefully insulated, so you can have maximum comfort inside. The rental price includes: fully cleaned property equipped with linen and towels; utilities (electricity - water - gas for kitchen use); air-conditioning; Wi-Fi; pool and garden maintenance.
