The comfortable floor heating, the cozy fireplace and the modern kitchen of the apartment meet the highest demands.   In addition to a flat-screen TV, a DVD player and a music system, you will find a comfortable sleeping couch in the tastefully furnished living room, additional blind blinds guarantee undisturbed sleep. From the living room you come directly to the spacious balcony. Here you can relax on the sun lounger or enjoy the breakfast in the morning sun on the balcony table on cushioned chairs.   The living room open kitchen with refrigerator incl. Freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob with extractor fan, coffee maker, water cooker and toaster.   The bedroom is equipped with a double bed, a large wardrobe and a flatscreen TV with DVD player.
