Located in the historic center of Perugia, a few steps from the Etruscan Arch, Piazza Fortebraccio and the University for Foreigners, served by clubs, restaurants, bars, pharmacy, grocery stores and shops. Just outside ZTL with the possibility of convenient free parking and paid close to the house. The accommodation is equipped with crockery, utensils, detergents, 2 TVs, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, drying rack and linen. It does not have a private internet connection but at 100 meters, Piazza Fortebraccio is equipped with free wi-fi. LA CASETTA is located on the first steps of via dei Barutoli, an ancient and characteristic street / stairway in the Rione di Porta Sant'Angelo, one of the 5 medieval historical districts that make up the city. The district offers all the services and conveniences, including public transport.
