***COVID FLEXIBLE CANCELLATION CONDITIONS*** Koritnica Apartments are located in a quiet position with lovely mountain views in the charming alpine village of Kal Koritnica - 5 minutes drive from Bovec and a great place to be based to enjoy all that the Soca Valley offers: from skiing to watersports, fly-fishing to fantastic walking, mountain biking to simply relaxing in magnificent and pristine alpine surroundings and enjoying the excellent local food and wine. There are two high quality apartments in the building each offering wonderful self catering accommodation for up to 4 people. Key features include beautiful handmade furnishings and kitchens, wooden floors, garden, fully equipped kitchens (including microwave, washing machine, dishwasher) and thoughtfully arranged, comfortable living space. Gora apartment also offers a balcony and a spectacular open plan living space with high ceiling. Apartment Gora (or Mountain Apartment in English) is on the second floor of the building. This apartment offers a shower room and separate toilet as you enter the apartment and the corridor then opens up to reveal a spectacular high-ceilinged open plan living area with high specification kitchen, lovely solid wood table and chairs, balcony with mountain views and cosy sitting area. In one corner is a four poster bed which can be separated from the rest of the space with curtains and a ladder - staircase (NB not suitable for young children) up to an under-eaves sleeping area with twin beds (NB limited head space in this room). Outside the house is a parking area for two cars and 20 m from the house is a private garden area with outside table and chairs. Please note: Apartment Gora has a capacity of 5 people. Please note this apartment has a maximum adult capacity of 4, groups of 5 are possible only if there is at least 1 child in the party (5th person sleeps on a fold out bed). Discounts: * Multiple week discount: 5% on stays 7-14 days, 10% on stays 14-21 days , 15% on stays 21-28 days, 20% on stays 28-42 days, 25% on stays 42 days+ * One discount of highest value is applicable per booking Supplements: * Cleaning fee * Tourist tax is calculated based on valid regulations at the time of booking. If local regulations on tourist tax change between booking and arrival, the amount which is correct at the time of arrival will be chargeable. Pricing notes: * 20% deposit payable on reservation, 80% payable 2 weeks before arrival. Coronavirus flexible cancellation policy: * Payments are refundable to the Guest, minus applicable bank charges, in the following events applying at the time of arrival: Closure of tourism as an allowable activity / Closure of international border crossing into Slovenia, where the Guest is travelling from outside Slovenia / Ban on inter-regional or inter-municipal travel for non emergency / work purposes affecting the region where the Property is located or preventing the arrival of the Guest / Change to the quarantine regime from the time of booking to the time of arrival requiring quarantine on arrival for the Guest’s country of residence with no exemption for negative tests / vaccination status / previous infection.
