- DESCRIPTION: The roof pitch flat, which is about 90m2, is on the second floor of a homely house. It rises on the northwestern shores of Lake Como, more precisely in the historical town of Gravedona, which is famous for its cultural heritage. The flat is 800m from the lake that it can be seen, also, from the balcony. On the ground floor, there is a large garden, shared with the owners, which makes at your available a table and some chairs. There is, also, the parking in front of the home. Along the beach, there is the cycle lane, which associates Dongo with the lakefront of Gravedona where, in addition to the bars, the restaurants, and the shops, during the summer there are some shows and events. The territory offers, also, the opportunity to practice some sports such as surfing, swimming (the swimming pool is about 1km), sailing, windsurf, kit surf, mountain bike, running, and hiking in the mountains.
