These houses and apartments are part of a small village in a peaceful position on the hills overlooking the Val di Chiana. The owners manage a farm with sheeps, chickens, dogs and cats. Shared large garden, swimming pool, children playground and barbecue. Washing machne on payment, baby bed and cook service available upon request. Ideal location for trekking, walking or cycling activities in the surrounding woods and for daily trips to Arezzo, Perugia, Siena and Trasimeno lake. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 10.00 per person or bring their own. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within 3 weeks after check-out.
