The Lake House - Bay caters for up to 4 guests in comfort and style, offering two large king bedrooms, both with their own bathroom plus reverse-cycle air for personalised temperature control and comfort. The vaulted ceilings and highlight windows in the open-plan living area create a sense of space and light which is perfect for social interaction without feeling cramped or segregated. The lounge features genuine leather sofas and views over the large dam towards the Brokenback Range, not to mention all of the mod-cons of home such as Foxtel, DVD player, 50" plasma television and Hi-Fi system with iPod connectivity. The adjoining dining area comfortably seats 6 adjacent to the generous kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances, Smeg gas cooktop & electric oven - guaranteed to bring out the inner Masterchef in anyone! The oversized double-stacking doors link the living area to the undercover deck where the 4-burner barbeque and outdoor setting provide the ideal setting for an afternoon fiesta with friends. ** Not suitable for small children and pets due to the proximity of unfenced dams and local wildlife** Please note that this property is NOT pet friendly. SECURITY DEPOSIT A security deposit/bond of $500.00 is required for your stay and is payable as a credit card pre-authorisation.
