Ideal for families and mature adults. 2 full size bedrooms (plus a third room with an extra bed that doubles as the utility room) 1 bathroom. Sunny relaxing lounge area and outdoor BBQ space. Ngarata Avenue Mount Maunganui is so close to all the main street action, only a 2 minute walk to the surf beach and 5 minutes to Pilot Bay. This is a tidy unit that families can enjoy - one off street park for a small car. Park up your car and walk or bike for the rest of your holiday. An 8 ft soft top foam long board with lead rope is available at the house for guests to use. Please Note: Linen is not provided as standard. Once you book you can request Linen to be provided. The additional cost for this is $25 per stay. Also Note: We do not allow parties at the house as we have close neighbours. We do live in the vicinity so we monitor this. Respectful gatherings are fine.
