Lost Ranches - The Cottage
Mill Creek Ranch Cottage
Poised on the site of the original homestead that once belonged to the earliest saw-milling pioneers of the area, the two-storey Cottage at Mill Creek Ranch is thoughtfully adorned throughout with charming design details and sits invitingly on a sun-drenched level lawn area making it an ideal setting for a family getaway, a celebration with friends or a romantic couples’ hideaway - regardless of the season. Stroll along the tiled wrap-around verandah to the front entry way and step into the open plan dining/living room. Whip up a farm-sized feast in the amply stocked full kitchen and warm yourself on those wintery evenings by the cosy indoor fireplace. Comfortably accommodating 6 adults or 8 guests in total, the lower level offers a queen bedroom with direct access to the verandah, a generous bathroom complete with separate bath and shower, a twin-bunk room, separate powder room and fully equipped internal laundry. Retreat upstairs for peaceful solitude and tree-top views of the 150-year old farm from the seclusion of a second queen bedroom and enjoy the benefits of your own private ensuite. Fresh white towels and crisp bedlinen are provided, and hairdryers are conveniently stocked in both bathrooms. Enjoy a selection of board games, play cards with the kids or cuddle up and watch a movie. Stay connected via the Cottage Wi-Fi and enjoy your favourite playlist on the Bluetooth compatible soundbar.
