Spacious beachouse for your perfect family reunion

Welcome to Peppermint Tree Lodge. Our Reunion house is designed for family get-togethers, special birthday celebrations and small business seminars etc. Reunion is a 6 bedroom, 3 bathroom fully equipped house with lovely ocean views which can sleep up to 15 persons. It is a two storey architecturally designed house with large living areas, and a feeling of space and light. Locally it is dubbed “the Opera House” due to its peaked pitched roofs and unique design. Layout and Features The master bedroom is a mezzanine bedroom overlooking the lounge. It has a queen size bed and private ensuite with spa. Also upstairs is a second big mezzanine bedroom with 2 queensized beds. Downstairs there are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which also has a spa. 4 of the bedrooms have queen beds and 2 have single beds. Five singles in all. Great for the kids. For singles groups the house has 10 beds in the 6 bedrooms allowing 10 persons to sleep separately. We no longer take leavers and are very cautious about taking groups of exclusively young adults. We have neighbors and reported disturbance from them due to significant noise or behavioral issues will impact on your bond. Pets are welcome and are allowed inside in the living areas which are all tiled with a maximum of 3 dogs at any one time (conditions apply) and we are $25 per animal per night . Reunion has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, hotplates, microwave and large fridge. The living, lounge dining area is very spacious and can accommodate a full house with ease. There is also a secondary smaller living area if someone wants some quiet time. The house is reverse cycle air conditioned and also has 2 wood pot belly stoves for winter warmth and the ambiance of the flames. It has TV, DVD, video and stereo and the laundry has a washing machine, tumble dryer and there are line hanging facilities. Outdoors Outdoors there is a protected sitting area with outdoor furniture and gas BBQ. Imagine … a balmy night .. the aroma of a sizzling BBQ .. a glass of the local grape … the beach close by … what more could you want for with all the family around? Peppie Beach and Surrounds Reunion is close to local wineries and it is 45 minutes to the Margaret River area. It is also a great base to visit the wineries of the Geographe Wine Region and the Ferguson Valley which has lovely restaurants as well as wineries. Foodie heaven! Peppy Beach is quiet and quite secluded and is a small beachside community. The beach is lovely and protected which is great for children. You are likely to see dolphins quite close in to shore and the occasional whale crossing the Bay. This is a great house for holing up to relax or venturing out to explore the South West. The locals surf a small but well defined break about 400 metres up the beach. With reef about 100 metres off shore, rod fishing from the beach can be productive. Lots of things for various members of the extended family to do or go and see. Power to the house is predominantly supplied by a 3 KW photovoltaics system and your hot water is supplied by two heat pumps. These are sort of like a reverse fridge which is efficient to run as it draws heat energy from the air. Really clever, check them out whilst you are with us and think about getting one for home. Extra adults over the 8 are $35 per person per night and extra children are $25 per night and pets are $25 per night. We are a minimum of three nights on long weekends and pricing variations apply on school holidays, Easter and Christmas. When you book with us we give you a map that leads you to the door and we also give you a door code so you just let yourselves in. It does not matter if you are arriving late as with the code you get in when you want after the normal check in time of 1500hrs.
