Furnished with great attention to detail, this bright apartment is located on the first floor of a villa which was built in 1906. From the spacious hallway leads to the two rooms. The larger of the two offers a sofa bed and a full kitchen which was newly installed in 2018. In addition, in the room covered with Pitch Pine a dining table from its noble chairs you have a wonderful view of the forest and nature reserve "Stellmoortal" has. It can be watched both from the couch and from the dining table because the TV is mounted on a swivel arm. For additional storage space, for cushions or blankets, the coffee tables can be converted into bedside tables. Adjacent to this room is the bathroom under the roof slope. In this you will find plenty of storage space thanks to a built-in wardrobe, a large sink, the toilet and a bathtub. This can be used with a shower curtain as a shower. On the corridor there is not only enough space, but also a cozy rocking chair which invites to relaxed reading. There is also a large wardrobe to store your luggage. The smaller bedroom offers another sleeping space in a single bed and a desk and second TV. There is space for a car right on the property, and there is a public car park 100 meters away.
