What a privilege to be able to stay in front of the Castle of the Dukes of Brittany! In the heart of the historic district of Nantes, the apartment Les Ducs and its 90 m² is ideal to comfortably accommodate up to 5 people (4 adults + 1 child). If you spend a few days or a few weeks in Nantes, for professional reasons or holidays/weekends, don't miss to stay in this unique place ! Located on the first floor (without lift) of a quiet building, it has three bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with bathtub, the other with shower), a nice living room with open kitchen and lounge. You will be seduced by the warm atmosphere and the harmonious decoration of the apartment. Recently renovated and perfectly equipped, Les Ducs offers new and quality bedding, a complete and spacious kitchen, wifi internet access, television... Apartment organized as a duplex. First level : -a bright living room with a large open kitchen (fridge-freezer, induction hob, multifunction oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and many kitchen utensils). The kitchen is equipped with a "bar" type dining area with stools. -a cosy living room (about 40 m²) with a large television and above all a 180 degree view of the Castle of the Dukes of Brittany! -a cosy room (bed 160x200), which also overlooks the Château. -a pretty spacious shower room equipped with a shower and WC. Second level : -an office/reading area -a cocooning room (bed 160x200) followed by a bathroom (with bathtub) and hanging WC. We also provide a washing machine, a drying rack as well as an ironing board and iron. -a small colourful children's room (under the attic, small height) with a single bed (for an adult, it will be necessary to lower the head). WHAT YOU MUST KNOW ABOUT THE DUCS : * The apartment is located on the 1st floor without elevator. * The rooms upstairs are under the attic. * Due to its location in the heart of the city, there may be some noise pollution. The Cocoonr Agency Les Ducs is managed by the Cocoonr Agency and will be prepared for your arrival. You will be greeted on the spot by a member of our team who will introduce you to the apartment, how it works and give you the keys. Quality sheets, towels, mats and tea towels are provided and the beds are made on arrival. To get your stay off to a good start, we offer you a few pods of Nespresso coffee and some tea bags, herbal tea and sugar. Neighbourhood and transport In the heart of Nantes, you will be within walking distance of all shops and restaurants, car parks and transport. You'll be spoilt for choice to stroll around Place Royale, visit the most beautiful monuments such as the Cathedral of Saint Peter or do a bit of shopping in Rue Crébillon. Les Machines de l'île, with its famous elephant, are 3 tram stops away. The City of Congress is less than a mile away. Go to "Commerce" 5 min away from the apartment to take advantage of the numerous bus lines as well as the 3 tram lines. You are 5 minutes by tram from the Nantes train station (stops "Bouffay" or "Duchesse Anne"). It takes about 20 minutes by bus from the train station to the airport. By car : the Feydeau underground car park is 100 m away and the Ile Gloriette outdoor car park is 400 m away. You can also use the bicycles "Les Bicloos" (24H subscription possible).
