Private car parking available, the apt is steps away from public transportation, 10 mins from shopping center zone, few minutes from beach and D'Avalos Central Park. Our quiet and comfortable apartment offers 1 bedroom with queen bed, a full little kitchen and a cozy living room. The living room is quite large with a sofa-bed (big enough for 2 extra guests). Full Kitchen and one bathroom with bathtub. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a modern building with elevator. It is very cozy and features windows in all the rooms. It is also exceptionally quiet for Pescara as it looks over a courtyard, and not a busy street. All parts of the apartment are available for the guests. Anytime someone (me, my wife or my family) will be available to help you.
