The Nantucket House on Martinique Beach

Booking is finally open for the 2022 season! After a long 2 years of Covid without doing any Vrbo rentals due to the travel restrictions we are now welcoming guests back to the beach. We look forward to seeing you this summer! The Nantucket is ON the beach. All the other houses in the area are miles away from the beach and you have to drive to the sand. This house is ON the beach. You walk off the deck and onto the sand. Martinique Beach is a public, 5 km long, sandy beach bordered by a provincial wildlife refuge and this beautiful 3 bedroom house right on the water. This Nantucket has amazing views of the surf and sand and is in the perfect location for a summer rental. Directly in front of the house is a deep sandy beach with beautiful sand and some of the best ocean views to be had. This unique home has a roof top deck looking out over the beach and a screened in porch providing the best spot in the area to watch and hear the waves. Please note that the VRBO calendar is kept exactly up to date! There is a fully stocked chefs kitchen and a dining table for 8. Dishwasher and Laundry. 3 bedrooms, all with their own bathrooms. 2 bedrooms have queen beds 1 bedroom has 4 single beds. There are a couple cots available on request. The roof top patio is perfect for watching the kids on the beach. We enjoyed 12 years of fully booked summers until 2020/2021 and are looking forward to continuing the trend going forward. Turnover days are typically Sunday
