It's God's country. This AIR-CONDITIONED 4 bedroom home sleeps 8 and is located on the point at Bundabah. OUR PROPRTY IS PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED AND DISINFECTED AGAINST Coronavirus (COVID-19) between each booking. This home provides a unique opportunity to relax and enjoy the sunsets and the wider Port Stephens area. The four bedrooms are configured as follows; - Master bedroom has a luxury King pillow top bed, built-in wardrobes and ensuite with large shower and separate bath. - Bedroom 2 has a luxury King pillow top bed, a comfortable trundle underneath and built -in wardrobes. - Bedroom 3 has two luxury single pillow top beds. - Bedroom 4 has a quality single bunk bed. All beds have quality linen, mattress protectors, quality pillow(s), pillow protectors, quality doonas and doona covers and bath towels for each guest. Please bring your own beach towels. All our linen at La Mer is washed using low-irritant laundry detergent that is suitable for people with sensitive skin. Weather permitting, all our linen is line dried to improve freshness and deliver better quality and sanitation for our guests. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes, two bedrooms have ceiling fans. The large kitchen has a dishwasher, walk in pantry, a French (double) door fridge-freezer, and electric cooktop and oven, range hood and plenty of bench space. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery for at least 8 people. Further there is a coffee machine (uses Aldi capsules) and milk frothier. Due to strict state laws about what we can provide in the pantry we provide small quantities of tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, Olive oil, glad wrap, foil and insect spray & luxury toilet paper. The huge open plan living area is also open to the large kitchen, is air-conditioned and has a 10 person dining seating, 3 x three seater leather lounges (seats 9), a large 42" television, (not a smart TV), with CD player and a great stereo with radio & CD player. The living room also has a large fireplace with 3 fan settings. Wood may be purchased from the local petrol stations in the area. We provide FREE FAST UNLIMITED NBN so you can watch all your Netflix, STAN, Youtube, FB etc. on your personal devices. All lighting is dimmable LED. All windows have fly-screens, as do all the doors. There are multiple smoke detectors which are hard wired to electricity, (i.e. not battery operated). La Mer has modern security including: security coded entry system (no keys are required), external cameras, automatic driveway lighting and security lighting. Outside you can enjoy the stunning 180 degree water views and beautiful sunsets from the enormous covered terrace which includes a outdoor dinning setting for 10 people, three large comfortable lounges to enjoy drinks and nibbles whilst enjoying the waterfront view and a 6 burner BBQ with hood all looking over the stunning, uninterrupted 180 degree water views! The home is clean, comfortable, very quiet and relaxing to the extent that most guests never want to leave! From the deck, lounge room or master bedroom you can watch the jumping fish, the black swans, pelicans and ducks swim past as the hawks, kookaburras and owls fly by. Kangaroos and koalas also frequent the area. Bring your boat and launch it in any tide from the small boat-ramp next to the property. There is ample off street parking for your car and boat. You can also fish off the rocks/beach out the front of the property. The fishing is some of the best in country with an abundance of flathead, bream, whiting, snapper, oysters and crabs! Haul them in and fire up the BBQ! The jetty pictured in the photos is the neighbours property. Bundabah is about 10 mins from Tea Gardens with its shopping and many attractions including the gorgeous white sands of Hawks Nest beach, (patrolled), golf, ferry rides, deep sea fishing, beaches, hiking, boating, water skiing, snorkelling, wineries, cafes, restaurants, pubs, churches and a public swimming pool. We can provide an on-site chef for dinners, lunches or breakfasts depending on availability and at least seven days notice is required. Prior bookings and full payment are mandatory. Rates are calculated by request. Return guests to any of our properties receive VIP membership giving access to preference and privileges. We do NOT allow pets under any circumstances.
