The Space: The Barclay-Klum North Suite is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath historic remodel located less than one mile from downtown Ashland. Modern design elements have been carefully integrated to complement the historical significance of the home. The results are stunning! There is a queen-sized bed in the main bedroom and a full bed in the other bedroom. The bathroom has a large soaking tub and walk-in shower. The large, well-appointed kitchen, including a European gas stove & electric convection oven, is stocked and ready for your culinary expertise with Ashland’s cafe’s and restaurants within walking distance when you’d rather venture out on the town. The home is located on a main artery with on-street parking and easy access to parks, galleries, and theater. Guest Access: There is keyless entry on both the front and back doors. Guest will be sent check-in information prior to arrival. The Neighborhood: Barclay-Klum House is located just under one mile from downtown Ashland & minutes from Interstate Highway 5. Getting Around: The Medford Airport is located 16 miles away and typically takes 25 minutes by car. Uber and Lyft operate in this area. Other Things to Note: This is located on the upper floor of a two-story house. Other guests may be staying in the main floor.
