Starting out as a well worked family home in a great suburban street, she has been revamped and updated with guests in mind. Accommodating a maximum of 6 guests (including all adults and children) and well appointed and fully furnished with all inclusive linen and amenities. Features include full reverse cycle air conditioning, full size bathroom with bath and separate toilets (2), BBQ with the choice of two private outdoor lounges and a large back yard, full laundry with washer and dryer, kitchen with two dishwashers, convection microwave and fan forced oven, induction cooktop, full size fridge, and even a coffee machine. Beds have all new mattresses and 1000 thread count sheets with quality pillows and quilts. They're already made on your arrival. **note - for those that need to stay connected during their stay, the property does have a landline supply for internet access. Guests are encouraged to make arrangements for mobile data which is faster and more secure in the area than land line options. For longer term stays (over four nights) we can make arrangements for prepaid data and a mobile data wireless modem if required. Please contact us to make arrangements prior to your stay.
