The house includes 3 floors with 3 unique apartments, you will be able to use all the apartments for your entire group. -3 Kitchen areas (one on each floor): Features a stove, oven, stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and paper towels. -There are 10 bedrooms in the house with 10 beds in total that can accommodate up to 20 adults. Every bedroom features unique furniture and decor and has a premium mattress with luxurious bedding. Bedroom 1: Queen-size bed. Bedroom 2: Full-size bed. Bedroom 3: Full-size bed. Bedroom 4: Full-size bed. Bedroom 5: Full-size bed. Bedroom 6: Full-size bed. Bedroom 7: Full-size bed. Bedroom 8: Full-size bed. Bedroom 9: Full-size bed. Bedroom 10: Full-size bed. 3 Full bathrooms with a shower. WiFi: We have high-speed internet throughout the entire house. - Parking: We provide 4 free off-street, as well as unlimited free street parking. The guests have access to all the 3 floors of the house. The basement is not accessible for guests. We don't live on the property but I am just a message away. We can help you with any doubt even till late at night. Please note that the house is located near an active commuter rail line. During the day, you may see or hear the Amtrak trains pass by. During the evening and night, they don't typically run, so it shouldn't be a factor. However, if you're looking for a very quiet location, this may not be the best option due to the potential for rail or car sounds nearby. - CHECK-IN - Check-in is at 4:00pm. - CHECK-OUT - Guests must check-out by 11:00am on the departure day established in their reservation. -PETS- We welcome pets :), but check with us first for approval. A small fee may apply. - SECURITY CAMERA -Please note that we have a security camera outside of the house by the front door for the safety of all guests. - We accept up to 20 guests.
