Linen hire is available by prior arrangement. ** Pets **: Pets permitted outside only - Fully fenced back yard. Guests may wish to bring shelter for their pet in case of extreme heat or rain. PLEASE NOTE: The holiday occupancy may be cancelled immediately without refund, if there are noise complaints.** Guests will be charged for any damage and extra cleaning caused by pet (eg where hair/waste has not been removed from the property).
