Separated on the ground floor another bedroom (studio type) and its bathroom overlooking a private covered terrace ideal for elderly or adolescent because of its total independence. Sheets and towels are provided Outside on a closed ground of about 400m2 you will find a garden furniture to relax under shade sails and a cooler area to have lunch in the shade under a tree in great heat. A Weber barbecue and a plancha are at your disposal. A ping-pong table is at your disposal. Pets accepted subject to prior agreement. The neighborhood is quiet and residential we will not accept student groups and for the well-being of our neighbors night evenings are not accepted.
